MDM Trouble Report for 2007 Jul 15

Problem(s) Encountered:
This doesn't justify a trouble report, but I forgot to mention it
in my nightly report.

Around 1:45am (July 16) a power surge cut out the lights in the 
control room for about 3 seconds, and the telescope tracking
stopped.  (CCD exposures did not stop.)  Went out into dome
and hit  start  again, and things were fine.  Just thought I'd
mention it.
