MDM Trouble Report for 2007 Mar 14

Problem(s) Encountered:
The TCS dome azimuth encoder is working in reverse.  That is, if 
you move the dome to the  right , the azimuth reading and  star 
move in the opposite direction.  Resetting the encoder *did* work
correctly.  So each time we moved the dome, we did it out in the 
dome and reset the encoder to make sure that the telescope still
pointed through the slit.
