MDM Trouble Report for 2007 Mar 6

Problem(s) Encountered:
The camera was not responding and as a result 
we were getting error messages due to which had to run the 
commands again and again in order to get an exposure of an object.
We lost two of the images as the shutter would not open so had to
go out and manually reset the shutter's toggle switch after which
we could get images but the error messages  Failed return code , 
 camera not responding  kept popping up every now and then
