MDM Trouble Report for 2007 Oct 7

Problem(s) Encountered:
McGraw crashed. The mouse was no longer responsive. However, I could 
ping mcgraw from Hill with no problem. We rebooted McGraw. After 
reboot, Prospero had a unique name problem, reading out every 
exposure twice, once under the given name and another under the 
name the program chose. Once prospero was restarted, everything 
seemed to work fine.
