MDM Trouble Report for 2007 Dec 28

Problem(s) Encountered:
The bottom right quadrant of TIFKAM starting giving a strange 
read pattern, horizontal lines of noise, at about 2am. We could not use this 
part of the detector for observations. We made no attempt to correct
this since we figured if we tried anything like resetting the 
intrument electronics we would break something. The image is still on the 
IC display and I sent an image of it to Rick Pogge. We still made observations
but were limited in field of view.
