MDM Trouble Report for 2007 Feb 9

Problem(s) Encountered:
At 11:45 pm one of the CCDS frames showed anomalous, strong
pattern noise.  Subsequently CCDS stopped writing output data
files to disk.  After two exposures were completed but the
resulting files did not appear, we executed runinit in
prospero (it was last executed during the afternoon).  The
two missing files magically appeared on disk at this point (!)
and subsequent files were correctly written to disk.  The
pattern noise did not repeat.  If you want to look at the
data files in question, they reside in /lhome/data/j020709;
the frame with noise is no. 28 and the resurrected frames are
no. 29 and 30.
