MDM Trouble Report for 2007 May 21

Problem(s) Encountered:
weather station reported winds at 16 mph 
when in all probability they were in 40s.  

high winds were reported by 4 meter and 2.4 meter 
and there was blowing dust at 12:30.  

Time lost is deceptive.  In all probability I 
got MORE observing time because of the problem 
(being lulled into a false sense of unconcern 
about the weather).  The time lost was due to 
the weather.
