MDM Trouble Report for 2007 Nov 10

Problem(s) Encountered:
The dec encoder stopped working two times during the night when
we tried to observe two objects in the west. This didn't allow us 
to guide and observe those objects. The first object was at HA~1hr50m
and DEC= -0:15 (airmass=1.4); the second object was at HA~2hr59m
and DEC=00:08:40. We tried slewing away and then going back to the position
but it still didn't respond.
