MDM Trouble Report for 2007 Nov 20

Problem(s) Encountered:
The problem with the telescope tracking failing to engage when
first starting up the TCS, which was described in detail last
night, recurred both times we started up the system tonight,
at the beginning of the evening before heavy clouds appeared
and again at midnight when we opened.  In both instances, the 
problem could not be resolved by shutting down and restarting 
the TCS via the usual procedures, but only by re-initializing 
the XTCS interface.
