MDM Trouble Report for 2007 Oct 16

Problem(s) Encountered:
When trying to move the filter wheel, I noticed it sometimes went
really slow, to the point that the software would time out.
I had to retry several times to get the filter wheel into
position. Never seen this happen before. What I tried to do is to
move the filter only a few slots at the time, rather than going
from slot 5 (Rjt) to slot 4 (I) all the way around in one go.
That did not really help.
I did not loose too much time, though I had the nagging feeling
I was about to loose filter control altogether.
