MDM Trouble Report for 2008 Apr 30

Problem(s) Encountered:
The telescope seemed to have difficulty holding focus
after the first half of the night.  I would focus the telescope
and then, after pointing to the next object, the focus would
revert to the same moderately elliptical PSF that I had just
corrected.  Strangely enough, the cooling weather appeared to
favor higher rather than lower focus numbers, opposite of the
usual sense, beginning at about the same time.  The result of 
this was that the image quality degraded slightly in the second
half of the night, but the data should still be useable.

This probably falls more into the category of  general weirdness 
than trouble, since no dire consequences resulted, but it seemed
like it might be worth reporting.
