MDM Trouble Report for 2008 Oct 31

Problem(s) Encountered:
CCDS Acquisition camera lost connection with its computer
several times.  After trying several things, the only action
that would fix it was powering the camera off and on.
ICRON USB Rover is not securely fastened to the telescope,
although I don't think that was the cause of the problem.

Telescope pointing was significantly off a couple of times.

Homing the telescope and dome at the end of the night didn't
work smoothly.  Had to home the telescope and the dome
separately.  The correct procedure for ending should be
written explicitly.
