MDM Trouble Report for 2008 Aug 19

Problem(s) Encountered:
1.  Around 4:00pm, I noticed that bias-frame counts were dropping
drastically, and CCD temperature readout was erractic.  Bob
quickly swapped the CCD electronics box, which fixed that problem.
The moral is, when you're not observing, observe bias frames.

2.  Asynchronous read errors at least a couple of dozen times
during the night.  Although not much time was lost, this meant
that I couldn't doze, or leave my seat for even 5 minutes.

3.  Dome accumulated error of about 4 degrees.
