MDM Trouble Report for 2008 Feb 17

Observer(s): Statler, Riethmiller, Cotto-Figueroa (Ohio Univ.)

Problem(s) Encountered:
Unable to write data to DVDs. The K3b utility hangs on startup, at
the  Creating GUI  stage, and will not go further. Can't get out
of it except by doing a brute force  kill  from a linux prompt. We
tried it 3 times without success.
