MDM Trouble Report for 2008 Jan 8

Problem(s) Encountered:
Signal from Ne lamp is weak - less than 10 percent of what I 
measured with the same setup 11 months ago, which makes it
difficult/impossible to use especially for blue lines that fill 
an important spectral window.   Argon lamp appears essentially 
unchanged, so this is something specific to the neon lamp.
