MDM Trouble Report for 2009 Apr 1

Telescope: 2.4m

Instrument: Direct + echelle

Problem(s) Encountered:
On the first telescope move of the night, the TCS lost
track of the telescope. Had to use the emergency stop
as the telescope would just keep moving (good thing I 
noticed the problem right away). The RA, Dec, Universal 
time, and Sidereal time values on the TCS screen were 
frozen.

I rebooted the TCS computer and everything worked fine
after that, but it took me some time to reset the
pointing properly.
