MDM Trouble Report for 2009 Jan 2

Problem(s) Encountered:
At about 3:15 am, doing the normal runs, the command to move the mirror
IN did not result in the mirror moving IN. I tried clicking and double-clicking
as recommended in the MIS manual to no avail. Inspection of the MIS hardware revealed
a red light at the ethernet port cable. Trying to unplug/replug the cable and turning the
associated power on/off did not help and the mirror still did not move in/out. I could have
taken more CCDS data without calibration lamps, but our observing program needs consistent 
calibration. Also, could not use retrocam since it could not be moved in. The problem is still
extant.
