MDM Trouble Report for 2009 Jul 1

Problem(s) Encountered:
Telescope was shut down from approx 1600-2000 due to lightning, 
upon restart the IC linux error was encountered and rectified.

External network access started becoming patchy from about 1900 
onwards and the network was down from 2100 onwards.
