MDM Trouble Report for 2009 Jun 11

Problem(s) Encountered:

While I was rotating the instrument far down in the east, the
cord carrying UPS power to the instrument snagged on the CCD power 
supply box and pulled out.  I didn't see it, but I did hear the
motor labor and so eased off in time to avoid destroying the power
cord altogether.  The prongs of the plug were bent, but I managed
to bend them back well enough so that it plugged in OK (that 
was a close one).  As far as I can tell, everything seems to work,
but there were a couple of blank exposures late in the night 
which might have been a shutter problem (or another operator
error, perhaps); this bears watching.
