MDM Trouble Report for 2009 Jun 30

Problem(s) Encountered:
When we went to restart everything from the observer's lightning
shutdown we found that the RETROCAM mirror motor had a broken 
drive belt.

Solution: We had to remove the bottom plate of the finder module
as we were not sure the RETROCAM mirror motor out switch 
was being actuated properly. 

We replaced the drive belt and tested the system and 
reinstalled the bottom plate to the finder module.

The removal of the bottom plate of the finder module involved 
us to remove the OSU filter wheel and the guider module.
Everything is back together and tested. Echelle ccd has 
been tested.
