MDM Trouble Report for 2009 Oct 8

Problem(s) Encountered:
We encountered a problem with Tifkam at 0300.  All images taken displayed 
unusual fringing type patterns.  It appears that this is a problem with the filter
wheel.  Experimenting with the prefilter wheel showed to be working okay i.e. selecting
the dark position resulted in no light passing through.  In contrast, changing the filters the problem
still remained although it appeared to be less prevalent in the K_s band (#5).
