MDM Trouble Report for 2010 Mar 14

Problem(s) Encountered:
When running in 4K mode, there are strange stripes in the biases. I discussed the issue with Rick Pogge for awhile on the phone and did an instrument shutdown but it did not fix the problem.
I also encountered an error several times regarding the dome tracking, saying  Send failed for command dome: Network operation timed out . I also got that for command  track  as well once or twice. I also saw an error message regarding the mirror not being in or out but I was informed by the previous observers that this wasn't an issue.
