MDM Trouble Report for 2010 Sep 6

Problem(s) Encountered:
At the end of the night, I wanted to slew the telescope from the
position of 3C120 (RA = 04 33 11 Dec = +05 21 16 (J2000)) to the 
standard star G191B2B (RA = 05 05 30 Dec = 52 49 52 (J2000)). 
However, the tracking went off and an error message was displayed
'dec_m fatal error'. After switching the tracking on again, the 
telescope could be slewed back to the position of 3C120.
