MDM Trouble Report for 2010 Feb 13

Problem(s) Encountered:
At about 05:15 AM, while moving to a target, we got a message
`Dec encoders not responding'. This was clearly the case. 
While pointing the telescope straight up we then got the
message `RA and Dec encoders not responding'. Given the close
time to 18 deg twilight and fuzzy brains, we decided to shut down,
and will experiment tomorrow daytime. It did look like the
telescope returned correctly to the straight up stow position.

Also the green light which usually illuminates when turning on
TCS isnt coming on, starting Thurs night
