MDM Trouble Report for 2010 Mar 22

Problem(s) Encountered:
Bob checked out the dome yesterday, but couldn't make it fail.
Of course, it started failing as soon as I opened for the night.
Bob was still here to see the new camera in action, so he got
to see it too -- the TCS only sees dome rotation in one direction.
With the dome moving right (CW from above) the dome azimuth 
reading on the TCS remains constant; when the dome rotates
the other way, it seems to count correctly.
