MDM Trouble Report for 2010 Nov 4

Problem(s) Encountered:
While pointing at 3C186 (07h 44m 17s, +37 53' 17 ) at 9:20 UT (airmass 1.231),
the guider again fell far out of focus and had to be manually refocused.  This
happened in the middle of an exposure and the telescope ended up slightly
shifting its pointing, resulting in a double-image.
