MDM Trouble Report for 2011 Aug 29

Problem(s) Encountered:
The TCS system apparently wasn't started correctly by the  telescope start  command and we were unable to move the telescope for flats.

Jules Halpern was able to point us to a kludge script to fire things up correctly.
