MDM Trouble Report for 2011 Jan 31

Problem(s) Encountered:
The north pier collision wire was tripped possibly while tracking 
a source which went out of bounds. At that point telescope would 
not respond to home command. It did respond a manual command to 
move away from the pier (offset ha=-100) and then stopped 
responding completely. It appears that the telescope had then 
gone too far east at some point and the tilt sensor was activated,
leaving it completely unresponsive. Bob Barr reset the 
collision wire and manually moved the telescope into home position 
in the morning.
