MDM Trouble Report for 2011 Jun 19

Problem(s) Encountered:
I noticed that the guider seems not to be guiding
in Decl. I tried to center a guide star in the guide
field and add a small offset to the guide probe. For
offsets in RA the guider was responding appropriately,
but for offsets in Decl there was no response, the 
offset was not corrected. I tried adjusting the Guider 
Setting parameters in Maxim DL but did not find a 
setting that made guiding work in Decl.
