MDM Trouble Report for 2011 Jun 21

Problem(s) Encountered:
1. Twice during the night pointing was lost. 
Telescope sent to home position but did not point to zenith; almost 20 degrees offset to S.
Leveled the telescope and re-zeroed the encoders.

2. Guide camera was unstable in dec until 'aggressiveness' parameter in Maxim DL was lowered.
