MDM Trouble Report for 2011 Mar 21

Problem(s) Encountered:
The TCS link broke down. The telescope didn't react to a
 filter  command from prospero, and the tcs agent froze up.
Closing and re-opening the TCS agent, re-initializing the
TCS, (telinit, tcinit, ...) didn't solve the problem, neither
did a complete shutdown of the data acquisition programs and
starting from scratch (ISIS -> TCS Agent -> Caliban ->
Prospero). We couldn't home the telescope or close the
mirror covers.
