MDM Trouble Report for 2011 Oct 7

Telescope: 1.3m
Observer(s): Matt Wilde, Kay Hiranaka (AMNH)
Instrument: MkIII

Problem(s) Encountered:
Failed to output anything but blank images and lights turned off 
on the instrument. Called Bob and reset everything through Owl 
(setup > APPLY SubArray > Run). Lights went back but the imaged 
stars were just noise with no spectra. Flat and arc fields 
worked but with low counts and everything looked dim in both 
guide cameras.
