MDM Trouble Report for 2011 Feb 1

Problem(s) Encountered:
Flake-like pattern was noticed in science data and then in flats.
Pattern is not found in bias, so suspect something (frost?) on
the CCD window.

The pattern could be fairly well divided out from the science
data, but the problem should be looked into. I have never seen
this pattern before.
