MDM Trouble Report for 2011 Jun 27

Problem(s) Encountered:
Problems began immediately during the day, as the head electronics
would usually time out, requiring a seqinit.
When images were acquired, their readout was not correct, being
tilted or curved.  The cover was taken off the HE to cool it.
The problem persisted at night.  The head 
electronics were turned off several times to cool down,
but this didn't solve the problem.  A sample image is
displayed in ds9 on the monitor.
