MDM Trouble Report for 2011 Mar 6

Problem(s) Encountered:
The tie at the top of the rubber hose for the liquid nitrogen
has broken off and as a result liquid nitrogen was spraying out of
the top of the hose while we were filling the dewer. We attempted 
to replace the tie with a new one but it did not stop the leak.
