MDM Trouble Report for 2011 Oct 5

Problem(s) Encountered:
The CCD started displaying increasing noise, showing up in 
bias frames as 200-300 counts of dispersion in the pixels.

I tried clearing up the chip, resetting the controller, 
restarting OWL. None of this fixed the problem. Then I
verified the CCD temperature (it was cold) and refilled the
dewar just in case. Finally, I powered the controller off 
and on, and also turned the power supply box switch off 
and on. This did not fix the problem either.
