MDM Trouble Report for 2011 Sep 30

Problem(s) Encountered:
The guider focus is flaky. Every time we moved to a new object,
the guider would be out of focus beyond the guider's focal limit.
Kilic opened up the aluminum foil on the side of the guider box
and changed the guider focus by hand to get a suitable focal
range again. Before we did that, everything looked like a big
donut. After we fixed it by hand, the problem occured again after
a while. The focus mechanism seems loose.
