MDM Trouble Report for 2012 Apr 5

Problem(s) Encountered:
When I first tried to point Mrk704, the telescope started to 
oscillate more than 10 arcsec in NS direction (HA +00:25:07 DEC 
+19:48:15). As soon as I moved to NGC 3227, the NS oscillations 
stopped. There was light/moderate wind (unlikely the 
cause of these big oscillations). The paddle was not 
responding properly in EW direction, making it very difficult 
to properly center the sources on slit.
