MDM Trouble Report for 2012 Apr 7

Problem(s) Encountered:
We had a few problems with the paddle not responding to NS/EW 
motions. During observation of NGC 4151, we had small EW 
oscillations across the slit (HA=+01:58:58,DEC=+39:20:11.5).
