Problem(s) Encountered:
Test of a modified version of the trouble report form that includes the 
observer's contact email address.  This address will appear only in the
trouble report mailing and not be included in the text copy archived
at this site (this was a condition of many observers, not that any kind
of address obfuscation would stop a spammer with a Perl script).
