MDM Trouble Report for 2012 Dec 22

Problem(s) Encountered:
FYI:  fan in the right-hand side of the cooling system on top of the 
computer rack in the computer room sounds like it is laboring.
No side effects noticed (e.g. room temperature) but the sound is different.
