MDM Trouble Report for 2012 Feb 12

Problem(s) Encountered:
When we first tried to reset telescope pointing using a 
star close to zenith we got the error message 'refraction 
altitude to low' after clicking 'reset tel. coordinates'. 
The panel control did not allow any further 
slewing through jskycalc. We then stopped the tracking and 
tried to move the telescope back to zenith typing 'point ha=0 
dec=31:57:12' in the panel control command line but the 
slewing was not allowed. We solved the issue 
with Bob's help, first executing 'telescope stop' - 'telescope 
start' and then moving the telescope manually back to zenith. 
After we re-initialized telescope connections the telescope 
behaved just normal. At UT 03:14, while calling 'do agn' in 
prospero, we got the error message TCS link not enabled'. The 
issue was solved by executing 'telescope stop', 'telescope 
start' and finally re-initializing telescope connections.
