MDM Trouble Report for 2012 Feb 23

Problem(s) Encountered:
Telescope would not respond to small offsets (<15 ) in the N-S direction for (seemingly) random portions of the night.  We would have to send a large offset, and then (usually) small offsets would start to work again.
