MDM Trouble Report for 2012 Feb 28

Problem(s) Encountered:
Had trouble with telescope offsets. It seems that at some point an offset command must have gotten hung up in the system, and so any point or further offset commands in the TCS panel would result in a 'offset in progress, request denied' error message. This was resolved by restarting the program, and re-initializing. I noticed the offset problem earlier in the night, but was able to use the physical paddle to position objects, and jskycalc to point to targets as usual, and as a result, we lost almost no time to the issue. We did notice that in two separate instances the tracking would suddenly appear to fail (maybe something to do with the offset problem? May have been a guiding issue as well), but we were able to re-acquire the target and proceed without further trouble.
