Problem(s) Encountered:
At 13:15:00 UTC, I encountered an error when trying to call 'endcal' for calibrations:
'TC is currently unavailable..'

The steps I used to fix the problem were:
 -type 'telescope stop' in a terminal
 -type 'telescope start' in a terminal
 -type 'telinit' followed by 'startup' in prospero

endcal worked fine after that.
