MDM Trouble Report for 2012 Mar 12

Problem(s) Encountered:
We experienced three problems.

(1)  The telescope jumped N/S at ha=-01:23, dec=25:04:51
(2)  The telescope did not respond to N/S movements on the paddle at ha=00:41, dec=39:19:23
When we encountered these problems, we moved to a different object, and moved back to the original object later in the night.

(3)  We had three horizontal lines which give ~20-30% lower brightness than other lines.  Please see the flat images.
