MDM Trouble Report for 2012 Apr 1

Problem(s) Encountered:
This is a lot of detail for what I hope is a simple little 
problem, but in case someone is reading 4/1 morning and can fix
it remotely (or tell me what to do) I'd appreciate the help. 

For last target, I selected a guide star, then noticed target 
was way off slit. I didn't want to tug guide star that far so 
I stopped guiding, moved telescope with paddle, and reset RA/Dec.
Then I went to acquire guide star, it wasn't there, I tried 
a different star, also not there, and then I decided to just 
use a random faint star in field rather than trying to work 
out how to move guide probe. When done with target, I stopped 
tracking, then went to put guide probe at origin. It said 
moving probe to origin. I went to check the exposure in 
another window and when I came back the xmis gui was blank, 
like it had frozen up. Typing  lamp  in prospero did give 
 MIS Lamps: OFF  so I decided to just skip the last comp 
and stow the telescope. TCS is working fine. 

If it is possible for someone to fix this (restart xmis?) in
such a way that everything (including the guider) is ready 
to go tonight, I'd very much appreciate it! Otherwise I will 
either try to do everything through prospero or restart xmis.
