MDM Trouble Report for 2012 Apr 9

Problem(s) Encountered:
Error message encountered when trying to display fits file from
iraf with DS9.

ERROR: Cannot open device (node!imtool,,4096,4096)

Flpr did not fix issue.  Could not check seeing on Hiltner.  Expect
a reboot would remedy the problem but didn't feel that we needed
precise seeing measurements for this data set, so chose not to
risk it.

Additional issue, at some point during operations the green start
light on the TCS switch panel went out.  Was still able to operate
telescope, bulb issue?
