MDM Trouble Report for 2012 Mar 5

Telescope: 2.4m

Instrument: direct+Nellie

Problem(s) Encountered:
Tried to rotate the instrument with the hand paddle located under the 
telescope. It moved slightly then stopped responding. I couldn't 
see that any cables were affected and it only moved -0.6 degrees. 
It became unresponsive after that and was stuck at -0.6 degrees for
the rest of the night. I did try using the GUI but it did nothing. 
I can hear the motor the try to work but there was no movement.
