MDM Trouble Report for 2012 Mar 21

Problem(s) Encountered:
When we start up prospero and run  startup  everything works fine but then it gives an error and the IE goes down.

The CamFocus indicator in the prospero status window also just shows an *.  From my peeking at the IE window, it looks like the entire problem is coming from the computer not being able to determine the camfocus position.  I don't know how to fix it though.

We lost some time until I realized that the fits files seem to have everything I need in them, so we observed and just ignored the error.

Oh, and so many mice!  Bold ones too, coming right up to your shoes in the control room.  Can something be done about them?  There's a dead one in a trap under the guider computer too, I couldn't find rubber gloves though and he's been dead a while.
